| Following the successful provision of the Manukau City Council's (MCC's) infringement management system RHE has been engaged to provide the systems to support other area of regulatory managment. These include additional aspects of traffic enforcement, support for mobile inspectors and the dog management system required to support new national dog control legislation.
Central government has introduced new legislation requiring New Zealand local authorities to implement more stringent controls on the registration and management of dogs. This includes interfaces to a new national dog register, provision for electronic tagging of dogs and enforcement of infringements by dog owners. In providing this system RHE is building on the solution architecture and infrastructure successfully employed in other areas of regulatory management at MCC. These are .Net based solutions using Idiom Decision Server to ensure business flexibility and configurability.
