Ex CIO of Tertiary Education Commission to Head RHE Consulting Practice.

RHE is pleased to announce the appointment of David Oakes to head RHE's Consulting Practice. David was formerly CIO for New Zealand's Teritary Education Commission. David also has in-depth experience in leading large scale sytems integration and development projects. The experience David gained as CIO for a major government agency makes him ideally suited to direct RHE's consulting initatives especially given the rapidly growing demand in the areas of IT governance, strategising and planning, He understands the challenges CIO's face in these areas and where and how they can be best supported.
